Samples

Q1: If we like your products, can we get samples?
A1: Yes, we can provide samples with sample charge 20 USD for each shoe and for boots 30 USD each. Pls kindly attention that this charge does not include express freight like DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc.

Q2: If your samples are made of genuine leather, can you make them with synthetic materials?
A2: Yes, you can change materials according to your own tastes in leather, PU, Satin and Textile.

Q3: Can we ask for modifications on your collection? How long it will happen?
A3: Yes,  modifications are acceptable if needed, like colors, materials and upper patterns.7-15 days will be enough.

Q4: Can you customize as per our own designs, original shoes or technical details? Any special requirements? 
A4: Yes, we can also customize new styles besides our own collections.  If totally new heels and outsoles, 1000 pairs at least is needed each construction . You can prepare 3-5 different uppers based on the same heel and outsole and each upper should reach 100 pairs per color.

Production

Q1: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A1: If our ready styles without any changes, MOQ is 100 pairs each color each style. If modifications, especially those may cause new paper patterns, it will be higher and we shall discuss separately.

Q2: What‘s your production capacity, and how about production period?
A2: Our daily output is 3000-4500 pairs. Usually, 30 to 45 days is needed after order confirmation. If in busy season, it shall be discussed and agreed by each party before official order.

Q3: How about your quality control system and what is the inspection standard?
A3: Our company is equiped with raw materials testing facilities. We control quality details during each process of shoes manufacturing from cutting to packing.We select top quality raw materials, do series of tests and confirmation work to ensure all production is the same as samples. Also, we have professional QC team who supervise each process all the time.

Payment

Q1: What is your price level?
A1: All our products are 100% made by hand with higher grade raw materials. If based on our MOQ, price level for summer shoes and sandals ranges from $15 to $35, $20 to $40 for ankle boots and $23 to $70 for long boots depends on exact heights, materials and techinical details.

Q2: What is price terms and which currency can be used?
A2: Usually, our quotation is based on FOB Chengdu or ShenZhen. USD and RMB from outside China are acceptable.

Q3: What is the payment term?
A3: T/T (30% deposit after order confirmation+ 70% balance before Ex-factory date)

Delivery

Q1: What is the widely used delivery term?
A1: According to specific requests, we can arrange express delivery, air shipment and sea transport separately or more flexiable combination of different transportation terms.

Q2: How many products can be fit for one container?
A2:  20` GP container: 3500（±500） pairs shoes or 2200 pairs boots （±300）.
       40` GP container: 8000（±1000）pairs shoes or 4300 pairs boots （±600）.
       40` HQ container: 10000（±1500) pairs shoes or 5200 pairs boots （±800）. 
       If LCL,  it will be determined by exact volume and gross weight.
